It's amazing Ine, loved the embroidery effect 🤩 and it was really nice to read and see a bit of all your process behind the final result. Do you prefer Artstudio Pro to Procreate?
Yes, I honestly don’t understand why not more artists use Artstudio Pro, it’s a very good app for illustration. My guess is that Procreate simply has a much bigger marketing budget 😅 I’ve never understood why Procreate has this weird limitation in how many layers you get. I like to work in high resolution, usually higher resolution than strictly necessary just in case I need to enlarge anything or use it for something else than I originally intended, but when I work in my preferred high resolution Procreate gives me very few layers, not enough for me to make it workable. I don’t understand how this issue hasn’t been resolved yet after they’ve had many big updates already and it seems like most people just somehow manage with either low res or less layers… I’m not willing to do that. Artstudio Pro is excellent, it has a very good brush engine (works very well with photoshop brushes), it can handle high res and lots of layers and it can do pretty much all the cool tricks you can do in Procreate. I highly recommend it!
